What is the turn around time from placing the order?

On average our turn around time is approx 10-12 months after placing your deposit. Also it depends on the details of the model you order. Some custom orders may take longer due to intricate work involved.

Can I customise my banjo?

At this present time we do not offer custom inlay as each of our models have their own characteristic inlay features. We do however offer different style bridge or tuners etc. A list of customisation will be listed soon.

What if I’m not happy with my banjo when it arrives?

As we aim to build the perfect sounding and playing banjo I am sure our sound my not suit everyones taste. We would offer a full refund within the first week of purchase if the banjo is returned in the same condition it was sent out (buyer to pay return shipping costs)
